Couples Therapy
I provide couples therapy for partners in all stages of their relationship and welcome the many forms relationships can take. I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ couples, as well as couples navigating major life transitions that can place stress on a relationship.
Couples may seek relationship counseling as they prepare for marriage, consider growing their family, navigate fertility or parenthood, explore intimacy and sexuality, recover from conflict, or adjust to life changes that have left them feeling disconnected. Whether you're looking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, or better understand one another, couples therapy offers a supportive space to work toward lasting change.
My approach to couples therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in accountability. I don't believe therapy is about deciding who is "right" or "wrong." Instead, I help each partner better understand their own relationship patterns while developing greater curiosity and empathy for their partner's experience. I value working with couples who are willing to reflect on themselves, take responsibility for their actions, and remain open to learning and growing together.
My goal is to help you build a relationship that feels more connected, resilient, and authentic. Through couples counseling, we'll work together to improve communication, navigate conflict more effectively, strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, and create a relationship that supports both partners as individuals and as a couple.
